Looking at the 1st Division Team Dignitas and Team Acer can of course be considered as the big favourites for the upcoming season once again. They both kept nearly all their recent members, while Acer also added the former mCon player Koenz and the french player Epik to their lineup.

But not only since the victory of RtA vs. Acer during the STC we know that they are beatable if the opponent shows an outstanding performance. RtA kept all their key players and with the help of players like Wally, mael, Blizz and ClicK among others they can once again play a good role in the 10th season of CPS.
As another potential rival of the Top 2 also BX3 has to be mentioned, recruiting some new drivers like Blazon, Waxtr and last but not least the former Dignitas player TaLa they improved their strong lineup with players like znik, NeO and Clemouf.

The french team 3DMAX is of course also able to reach a good result in the 1st division. Their lineup includes some of the best french players like YoYo, Papou, Sl3vin or Andreas and they showed in the past with their performance they earn a spot among these 8 teams.
The same can be said about dac-SP. This team with german origin improved a lot during the last year and added a lot of international top-players (Extreme, B1ts, Hacktiv, knight) to their lineup. Winning the 2nd Division of CAP last year and nearly beating Acer in a close match during STC, they are a team everyone should watch out for.

The Swedish Team Druidz can be reffered to as an outsider. But of course they can also call a high-quality lineup their own. The new members Hafik, Tunga, Swiss and the stand-in eSuba.Kappa give the team around Asserich, Walvet and Slinky some additional power.
The big questionmark among these teams is nEophyte - a czech team known as eEriness before - where the former Acer-trialist Horeni seems to be the only top-player. But with some extra-training they might do some surprises in the course of the season.
