ESL CPS 11: New season to be in TMNF - ManiaActu - News for TrackMania, ShootMania, and QuestMania
Welcome on ManiaActu: ManiaPlanet Community & eSport News !

ESL have announced the eleventh season of their Tech-team tournament Competition Premiership (CPS).

What strikes the most about the announcement is that ESL have decided to keep hosting the tournament in TMNF instead of moving over to the new game TrackMania² Stadium.

Planned starting date of the tournament is set to May 19th, which means the tournament will run along side the previously announced Country Championship.

The rules will remain the same as in CPS 10, which among other things means player-limits for the divisions (the higher the division is, the lower the player-limit becomes). More information via the official announcement.

The registration has already begun, and you can sign up your own team by clicking the link below:

» Sign up your team to Competition Premiership 11 «.

(Deadline to sign up is set to Friday, May 3rd.)

Send in your maps

Of course, a tournament is not possible without maps, so as usual ESL are looking for people to send in their creations to them.

These instructions are to be followed if you want to do so:

  • Name: "ESL-'name'" use what you want for "name"
  • No special signs in the name
  • Length: 50 - 65 seconds
  • Use of ESL Signs
  • The tracks are not uploaded anywhere
  • Blockmixing is allowed, if it does not produce graphical glitches or driving bugs
  • Try stick to the daylight moods (morning, day)
  • GPS, Intros & Outros are forbidden
  • The scenery is up to you (make sure it doesn't produce lags, lighting problems or graphical bugs!)
  • The tracks were not used in any competition before
  • The tracks are just known by yourself

Submit your maps (together with a replay) to the following E-Mail address:

(Deadline to send in your maps is set to Monday, May 6th.)

(use the following style for your mail subject:
"Maps - Competition - *your nickname*", otherwise your E-Mail may be missed.)

Come on, TM²Stad ...

I understand the decision, as TM2 Stadium is still beta. Something can change still, so it's better to use a known program for such a long league.
