Cap'Arena and handicaps - ManiaActu - News for TrackMania, ShootMania, and QuestMania
Welcome on ManiaActu: ManiaPlanet Community & eSport News !

Recently, Nadeo and  Hylis have described ManiaPlanet as a planet of "competition for everyone". And the less that we may say is that Event to Give staff, organizing Cap Arena, will announce something which will go in that way!

We all know that TrackMania is an easy game to play but hard to master! I feel that electronic sport has something to learn from : Competition, Winning, Loosing, Having fun with friends, Discovering new people, New cultures.. Those lessons are for everyone. So, E2G staff asked them self a question : may eSport be a way of fun, for sure, but also a way to learn things of the life? Sometimes you win, sometimes you loose... May those lessons be interesting for some people who has not really much a place on our video games : mental diseased people.

Cap Arena 2 (which will be played on 4th and 5th of May in Capelle La Grande, France) will be holding the first offline tournament on TM adapted to handicapped people. This tournament will be holding on TM2Stadium and TM2Canyon! The winner of this tournament will qualify for the "normal" tournament on TM2Canyon! This tournament will be also supported by Nadeo.

But, here is our map call! We need some maps! For sure, it is self evident that those maps have to be easy to play. Maybe laps mode for a map length of 1 minute max (3 laps of 20s each would be perfect)! We need maps on Canyon and also on Stadium! Avoid jumps and stuff hard like drifting of whatever. Try to make a new gamer map!

Please send me your map : gaby@e2g.eu

See you @Cap Arena!
