We are happy to present you our second version of our tracker tool to follow in live a ShootMania tournament. After a first version during the ESWC 2013, we have continued to improve the system and adding some new features.

Presentation

We have in one side a plugin for ManiaLive connected to all servers used during a competition to take all information during matches: players, score, stats... In another side, a website to show all results in real time.

No stream available or bad connection, now you can follow your favorite team directly from our website. You have all matches with complete score, the possibility to download the replay when the match is finished and see a series of statistics.

You can see below the match page of the final of the ESWC 2013 between Lemondogs and aAa.

You can see some stats like the ratio with Laser or Rockets, the number of Captures, nearmiss or the number of times where a defender eliminate an attacker with his 3 rockets.

This tool will be used during the Gamers Assembly where we will have the biggest ShootMania tournament with 40 teams. It will be a great stress test to see if the system can manage a lot of simultaneous matches. We have also a first version of an ingame widget to show few statistics directly in the game.

A little reminder for those who have forgotten, each team will have its clublink for the Gamers Assembly.

What's next

We haven't finished to work on this great tool, our objective is to purpose a new version for the next ESWC with at least:

• An API to show information directly on your website
• A better ingame widget
• A first TrackMania version
• Improve the website part with for example the history of each teams and players

We will not give the complete source code for the moment, we need to improve and simplify the system. For those who would like to use this tool for their tournament, please contact us directly, we will see what we can purpose.
